The design for the Robertson Small Hotel was inspired by the interplay between Robertson's Victorian past and the present, as well as the grandeur of the surrounding landscape.

 

Robertson is known as the valley of vines and roses and the wonderful diversity of fauna and flora in the region was inspiration for a botanically infused décor theme. We also wanted the hotel to have a classically timeless yet contemporary South African character, championing local makers and producers.

 

The botanically inspired design has a fresh palette of greens and naturals. The result is a series of serene and inviting spaces in harmony with nature and always offering a layered, sensory experience for guests that will entice them to linger longer, and return again.
