For Frank and Tracy, who met when they were both studying fine art at StellenboscUniversity, the creation of their homewas a conscious attempt to surround themselves with things they love.
The result is an eloquent expression of their combined
and considerable creative clout. They were lucky in that they bought a Victorian that had been sensitively
renovated and cleverly modernised years back
by Bert Pepler Architects.
The rooms are suffused with light thanks to the
addition of floor-to-ceiling doors, skylights and clerestory and picture windows. So, whereas
the exterior is typically Victorian, the interior is a lot more modern and spacious than you’d expect.
